unlawfully because they are not in full compliance with the
State Health Departments mandated regulations for Ear Piercing.
The State regulations under section: SUBCHAPTER 9. EAR PIERCING
states; This SUBCHAPTER shall govern all businesses that offer
piercing of the trailing edge of the EAR with a pre-sterilized,
single-use stud and clasp ear piercing system, except that individual
